Cancellation & Refund Policy for uptrend.trade

General Policy

We offer cancellations but no refunds. Users will be able to use the product until the expiry of their subscription even after cancellation. Users can upgrade to a higher plan by paying only the difference in the subscription amount.

Subscription or Purchase Details

Users can subscribe to different tiers of services available, which can be paid monthly or yearly. The available subscriptions are:

    • Max Strategies: 1

    • Max Indicators: 1

    • Max Exchanges: 1

    • Supported Timeframes: ('1d')

    • Max Backtests Per Hour: 5

    • Portfolio Tracking: No

    • Dedicated Static IP: Yes

  • Advanced Trader Plan:

    • Max Strategies: 3

    • Max Indicators: 3

    • Max Exchanges: 2

    • Supported Timeframes: ('1w', '1d', '12h', '6h', '4h', '2h', '1h')

    • Max Backtests Per Hour: 10

    • Portfolio Tracking: Yes

    • Dedicated Static IP: Yes

  • Elite Trader Plan:

    • Max Strategies: 10

    • Max Indicators: 6

    • Max Exchanges: 3

    • Supported Timeframes: ('1w', '1d', '12h', '6h', '4h', '2h', '1h', '30m', '15m')

    • Max Backtests Per Hour: 60

    • Portfolio Tracking: Yes

    • Dedicated Static IP: Yes

Cancellation Policy

Users can manage their subscription in the settings section of the app and can cancel it from there. No notice period is required. Users can continue to use the product after cancellation until the expiry of their currently active subscription.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered.
