• User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their app credentials (e.g., user tokens, IDs) and must not share them with anyone.

• Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any illegal activities, harassment, spamming, or other disruptive behaviors.

• Respectful Interaction: Users should interact respectfully with others and use the app in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or disrupt the platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

Users can manage their subscription in the settings section of the app and can cancel it from there. No notice period is required. Users can continue to use the product after cancellation until the expiry of their currently active subscription.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds are offered.

7. Content Ownership and Use

There is no functionality to post or create content within the app. Users own their screenshots of the app.

8. Data Storage and Security

• Storage: User data is stored on remote servers hosted by AWS.

• Security: We adopt industry best practices and security measures to safeguard your data.

• Data Retention: Personal data critical for app functionality is retained as long as you use the app. Order data generated by your trading strategies is deleted after a period based on the strategy's run interval, ranging from a few days to five years.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Beta Version: Uptrend.Trade is in beta and continuously improving. There may be bugs, and no guarantees are provided.

• Liability Limitation: The app creator will adopt best practices to safeguard user data, but no warranty or guarantee is provided regarding the app's functionality or security.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our website. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
